The organization we have chosen is the South Plains Honor Flight. Comprising solely of volunteers in Lubbock, Texas, this non-profit organization has a singular objective: to facilitate visits to Washington, DC, for our Veterans, enabling them to pay their heartfelt tributes to their comrades who made the ultimate sacrifice. Once a year, they orchestrate a fully funded journey to DC for approximately 120 WWII, Korean, and Vietnam Veterans, affording them the opportunity to honor their fellow servicemen and women. We wholeheartedly endorse their mission and are determined to support their exceptional work for years to come.
