No one should feel alone or go hungry, especially our homebound neighbors who rely on the kindness of their community to thrive. That’s why Shropshire Insurance is proud to announce Lubbock Meals on Wheels as our very first beneficiary for our 2025 Community Cause campaign!

Lubbock Meals on Wheels has been a pillar of compassion since 1971, starting with just 29 recipients. Today, thanks to the dedication of over 1,600 volunteers, they serve more than 1,000 meals every weekday and 600 meals each weekend to those in need. But their support extends beyond a warm meal—volunteers bring companionship, fresh flowers, birthday cakes, and even pet food to help ensure no one is left behind.

We at Shropshire Insurance want to do our part to keep this life-changing mission going strong. For every referral we receive who requests a no-obligation quote, we will donate $10 to Lubbock Meals on Wheels. That means that simply by sharing a name, you can help provide nourishment, companionship, and hope to someone who truly needs it.
